Wyburn - Act 0Nosy Posey's Investigative Journal27th Day of the Month of Sleipnir, 1004 C.R.I've decided to keep my notes regarding the report on the piece I was assigned to do by the chief on that incident compiled here. Since the anniversary of what happened in Ponyville is the 7th next month, I better get cracking and have that report ready. The greatest tragedy in recent history, the Ponyville Massacre
to be asked to write the commemorative article is a great honor and at the same time leaves a bittersweet taste in my mouth. I used to have friends in Ponyville. I even visited Ponyville once before, way back when I was still in university. A roommate like Lyra can be quite persistent
she finally convinced me to visit her hometown, and frankly, under normal circumstances I'd be glad she did. It was such a lovely town, so very different from Canterlot. I remember a beverage place whose patron made wonderful drinks, and played great music for her customers.

From the moment one is born, they immediately find themselves belonging in a chaotic web of relationships, weaved from the silken threads of both tragedies and miracles. This is an universal constant. There is no escaping this. For some, this will prove to be a blessing. Others will curse the solar deity they worship and blame her for the pitiless actions of the cruelest mistress: the abstract concept we call "fate".But one thing is for certain:
Solitary SunI slowly walked towards the balcony of my room, and gently pushing the glass doors open, I took a moment to breathe in the fresh air of the early morning. The breeze playfully fluttered my long, flowing hair, as if greeting me in this new day. The coolness of the dark night was soon to be replaced with the heat of the day. It was, after all, my duty to make sure this happened. An ethereal spark shone from the end of my ivory horn, beckoning the sun to wake, for it was its time to rise. It answered like a child to its mother, hoisting itself high up in the sky, its rays filtering through the clouds and tinting them orange and tangerine. Dawn was here.I let the sight take my breath away even for just a fleeting second. This moment, this instant, was my favorite in the world; no matter how many times I've been an audience to the vivid, firey dance of colors across the heavens, it never failed to make me contemplate it in silent admiration of the radiance that took the world below as its
Wyburn - Act 03"Here we are." Big Macintosh, still encased in crimson armor, told Spike as they arrived at the vicinity of a large, rectangular building in the center of town. "Town Hall. The princess will take it to explainin' things inside. Come on." Spike followed "Beowulf", surveying his surroundings as he walked. Inside the building, there weren't many ponies, but they place definitely felt busy. Workers reading through or writing documents, others counting through crates, some others delivering parcels to and fro. Some of the ponies looked away from their duties, and upon noticing the human youth, either smiled or waved at him. Spike waved courteously in return, before turning his focus back in front of him. Turning around a corner, Macintosh and Spike walked through a a hallway with a single door at its end. Once he was in front of it, Macintosh knocked on the door, before pushing it open. From behind a desk, Princess Luna looked at her new visitors. Spike also
Wyburn - Act 02"
It has been far too long, hasn't it?" He removed the helmet-mask from his head, giving the princess of the moon a genuine smile. "
Princess Luna."She couldn't help but smile in return. Luna rested against the navy blue SUV, sitting on the road, clutching her side as she bled a bit from her wounds. But she cared not about the pain, as their mission had been a success."Hold on, let me check those wounds, Princess." Cheerilee kneeled next to her, opening a first-aid kit they usually stored in the glovebox.Spike's unmasked armored form walked towards the schoolteacher and the princess of ponykind. "How is she?" he asked, concern obviously apparent in his voice."She's mostly fine. It doesn't seem like her wounds are too deep, so I'm just going to bandage her up. She needs bedrest, though." Cheerilee responded while checking on Luna's condition."I'm glad to hear that
Miss Cheerilee." Spike answered. Cheerilee, in turn, looked up at him with a surprised expression across
Wyburn - Act 01He could feel the soft grass underneath his bare feet, being gently crushed underfoot, tickling his soles. He took a deep breath and surveyed his surroundings. The young man could see a small town outstretching in the distance, behind a large tree seemingly hollowed out to be used as some sort of building. As if possessed by a higher force, he puts one leg in front of the other, shambling towards the door of the tree- edification. His hand reaches for the handle, his fingers lingering over it. After just a small moment of hesitation, he pushes the door inwards, revealing the inside of what appears to be a library. The man had never been to this place, but it felt so
nostalgic. It felt like walking into a far-off memory buried within the depths of his mind. His eyes danced over the shelves as he looked around the library. When he looked straight ahead, though, he saw someone was reading on the floor, but she wasn't human. The next thing he knew, he was lost amidst the cr
